In a June 2 article, “Pittsburgh Impact Companies Share Ideas,” the Pittsburgh Business Times listed RJ Lee Group, Inc. as one of two dozen organizations recognized by the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance (PRA) as “Pittsburgh Impact” companies. According to the PRA, these are companies that have at least five employees, are engaged in almost every industry and every county, and have a record of growth over the past several years. They are, in effect, “recession proof.” But these impact companies also struggle with expansion, efficiency, facility and challenges that other companies don’t. To address these issues, the PRA launched the Pittsburgh Impact initiative to connect these high-growth companies with the public and private groups that can help them to continue to grow. Alex G. Sciulli, president/COO of RJ Lee Group commented on the initiative saying that he sees lots of value in Pittsburgh Impact, noting that one of the many positives is connecting companies that are going through the same issues of growth.
